Day 2
Garni Temple, Symphony of Stones, Geghard Monastery, Lavash Baking Master Class
Start time: 10:00

Embark on a half-day group tour to discover some of Armenia’s most iconic landmarks. Begin with a visit to the Garni Temple, the only surviving pagan temple in Armenia, majestically perched above the Azat River Gorge.

Continue to the Garni Canyon to witness the Symphony of Stones — an awe-inspiring natural formation of basalt columns, often referred to as the “Basalt Organ.”

Next, explore the UNESCO-listed Geghard Monastery, a remarkable medieval complex partially carved into the surrounding cliffs.

Conclude the tour by experiencing a lavash (traditional Armenian flatbread) baking master class — a treasured part of Armenia’s cultural heritage.

Duration: 5–6 hours

Day 3
Gyumri (Urban Life Museum, Black Fortress, Old Town Walk), Harichavank Monastery
Start time: 09:00

Travel to Gyumri, Armenia’s second-largest city and a key cultural center. Begin with a visit to the Urban Life Museum, where you’ll gain insight into the city's everyday life, traditions, and rich history.

Stop at the historic Black Fortress, built in 1834 and considered one of the most notable monuments of Gyumri. Listed as an intangible cultural heritage site, it reflects the city's 19th-century military architecture.

Wander through Gyumri’s charming old streets, filled with preserved 19th-century buildings that showcase the city’s distinctive architectural style.

The final stop is the Harichavank Monastery, situated on the western slope of Mount Aragats atop a dramatic rocky cape. This ancient complex offers a peaceful and scenic conclusion to your cultural journey.

Duration: 10–11 hours
