Day 1

Arrival in Yerevan – Airport Transfer

Welcome to Armenia! Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.


Day 2

Echmiadzin (Mother Cathedral, St. Hripsime, St. Gayane), Zvartnots Cathedral
Start time: 10:00

Begin your journey with a visit to some of Armenia’s most important religious sites, all recognized as UNESCO World Heritage landmarks. First, explore the Churches of St. Hripsime and St. Gayane, dedicated to early Christian martyrs who escaped Roman persecution. Then visit the Mother Cathedral of Echmiadzin, considered the oldest Christian cathedral in the world and the spiritual center of the Armenian Apostolic Church. End the tour with the impressive ruins of Zvartnots Cathedral, a 7th-century architectural wonder that once stood as one of the tallest structures of its time.

Day 3

Tsaghkadzor (Kecharis Monastery, Ropeway), Lake Sevan (Sevanavank), Trout Barbecue Treat
Start time: 10:00

Travel to the scenic resort town of Tsaghkadzor, known as the “Valley of Flowers.” Visit the Kecharis Monastery Complex and enjoy a ropeway ride to admire the panoramic views of the mountains. Continue to Lake Sevan, one of the largest high-altitude freshwater lakes in the world. Stop at Sevanavank Monastery on the peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the lake. End the day with a delicious Sevan trout barbecue – a culinary highlight of the region!

Day 4

Khor Virap Monastery, Areni-1 Cave (Birds-Cave), Hin Areni Wine Factory (Tour & Tasting), Noravank Monastery
Start time: 10:00

Start your day at Khor Virap Monastery, where stunning views of Mount Ararat await. Then explore the ancient Areni-1 Cave (Birds-Cave), known for the discovery of the oldest known winery in the world. Continue to the Hin Areni Wine Factory, where you’ll enjoy a guided tour and wine tasting in one of Armenia’s most renowned winemaking regions. Finally, visit Noravank Monastery, beautifully set among red rock cliffs and home to a rare two-story church.

Day 5

Departure – Airport Transfer
