Dine Sky-restaurant in the sky. First Sky- restaurant opened in Yerevan
The flying restaurant or Dine Sky is resemble to the metal pavilion which is lifted up with the help of a crane. The structure of the restaurant consists of two parts: the deck, which has tables and chairs attached, and the roof, which is 8 m long and 3 m wide.
The deck is built from a special high tensile steel. All the joints and structural elements are made in Germany, have passed quality assurance and obtained relevant certificates. 22 chairs are placed around the rectangular combined table.
The chairs are made of carbon fiber and resemble to the seats in sport cars by their shape and comfortability. Each seat is attached to the main structure with a separate rope and has three safety belts. The chef and the waiters also ascend to the sky with 22 visitors. There is also space between the tables where the chef and the waiters work.
The restaurant rotates at 360 degrees, and all the visitors are able to admire the views of Yerevan, Ararat plain and Mount Ararat. The chair also rotates at 180 degrees, and it is also possible to recline the seat back and lie down.
